Off-The-Grid Adventures

This wilderness adventure, in the Alaskan Manitoba Yurt System, is designed to bring people together through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and time in nature. The first three nights of the retreat are dedicated to building community while getting to know one another, creating connections that help foster a sense of trust, belonging, and support throughout the journey.

During this time, guests will share sleeping spaces with fellow participants, adding to the spirit of togetherness that makes the experience so special. The retreat takes place completely off the grid, with no running water or electricity, inviting everyone to slow down, unplug, and be present with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Facilities are simple and rustic, including shared primitive toilets. While the accommodations are basic, many participants find that living closely with the group becomes one of the most memorable and rewarding parts of the experience. Come ready for adventure, connection, laughter around the campfire, and the chance to be part of a community that forms in a truly unique setting while embracing somatics and breathwork within the beauty and support of the Alaskan wilderness.

Charming Alpine Town

The retreat carries forward the connections we've built in the wilderness while easing into the cozy mountain town of Girdwood, Alaska. After several days of unplugging and living close to nature, we'll settle into a new rhythm that blends adventure, restoration, and community.

We'll continue working with somatic practices and breathwork to support deeper awareness, healing, and integration, while also making space for rest and enjoyment. A visit to Alyeska Nordic Spa offers the chance to soak, unwind, and experience the benefits of hydrotherapy surrounded by stunning mountain views.

Together, we'll explore the beauty of the area through gentle hikes, mountain adventures, creative activities, and plenty of opportunities to connect with one another. Whether it's sharing stories over a meal, taking in the scenery, or simply enjoying a slower pace, this part of the retreat is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and inspired.

Accommodations are available in a variety of styles to fit different needs. Some spaces are shared, offering a chance to continue building friendships and enjoying the community experience, while others provide more privacy and quiet time for rest and integration. Whether you recharge best with others or in your own space, we invite you to choose the package that feels like the best fit for you.
