After two decades of living around the disruptive cycle of addiction, I have committed to my own recovery on a daily basis. Continuously practicing the transformational methods that I teach, while always learning and expanding my understanding of healing.
Through the ancient practices of yoga we are able to embrace tools to heal the modern traumas of addiction. I am dedicated to transforming overwhelming uncertainty into lasting peace, merging ancient wisdom with modern understanding of the nervous system.
